Kyabjé Chhi'mèd Rig'dzin Rinpoche (165,032 bytes)
Myriads of him as phenomena that he commands effortlessly.

Countless Chhi'mèd Rig'dzin Rinpoche's

by Ngakma Yeshé Zér-tsal Wangmo

I just returned home from seeing Kyabjé Khordong gTérchen
Chhi'mèd Rig'dzin Rinpoche. I'm ecstatically happy
to have gotten to see this Great Being.
I write this almost in a stupor
of extreme tiredness, but I want to say something to you.
Maybe what I most want to tell you is how I experienced him
as everything - countless Chhi'mèd Rig'dzin Rinpoches
inextricable from the rain, the growling thunder
outside the house - all for the benefit of all beings.
Myriads of him as phenomena that he commands effortlessly.
He seemed old - just old - he wasn't suffering
from old age. He was just old. Period. When he was amused,
smiled or laughed, the whole world was filled
with happy Chhi'mèd Rig'dzin Rinpoches,
and everything was happy. I'm so glad to have had
the opportunity to see him. I felt completely intimate with him -
like I knew his body and being. It's too great to believe
that I have the great good luck that I seem to have
despite myself. I'm so tired - I spent the day crying.
These tears felt no different from the ocean itself.

Form kept breaking down all day long.
